What Sober Tracker is
Sober Tracker by Embr is a self-help app designed to support people who are reducing or eliminating their alcohol use. It is not a medical device. It is not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or addiction treatment. If you are experiencing severe physical withdrawal symptoms (shaking, sweating, hallucinations, seizures), stop reading this and call a doctor or an emergency line.

Nothing in the app is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding decisions about your health.
